Burn .AVI files to DVD with Window DVD Maker

I'm sure most of us have encountered the same problem when we were trying to import .AVI files into Windows DVD Maker, it says movies is not valid or corrupted. Even if you successfully loaded .AVI files to Windows DVD Maker, you're only halfway ready to burn .AVI files to DVD. There are two different ways to achieve burning DVD. Want to know how? First option: You may go to download the AVI codec and install. Although Windows DVD Maker says it recognizes .AVI files, we are frustrated by importing .AVI files into Windows DVD Maker. Every time it either says .AVI files is not supported or corrupted or it simply stopped working. Actually, we can view our .AVI files in Media Players. What we are going to do? Step 1. Install and launch Wondershare Video to DVD Burner.
Step 2. Add video files. Click on Load Video button or select "Load Video" option under the "File" drop-down menu to add videos. Drag and drop loaded videos to storyboard below to organize slideshow.

Step 3. Edit videos (Optional). Select a video file in storyboard and click on Edit selected video file button to crop, trim, add watermark, plug in subtitles or adjust video effects, according to your specific request.

Step 4. Select transition effects. Click on Transition button at the top middle. There you have 60+ transition effects to choose from. The right window will display the visual transition effect by randomly clicking on the effect. Step 5. Edit DVD menu. Click on Menu button to edit your DVD menu. There are various styles of built-in menu templates. Apart from menu templates, there are also many kinds of Fames, Buttons and Text in the drop-down list for you to choose from. You may double click the selected template, frame or button to apply it. Moreover, you could add text, customize background image and music to personalize your DVD menu.

Step 6. Preview. Finished the entire editing; you may click on Preview button to preview the slideshow.

Step 7. Burn .AVI files to DVD. Click on Burn button to burn video to DVD. Before burning, you may select your output options: DVD disc, DVD folder, or ISO file. Also, please set the aspect ratio, etc.

Then you are all done with settings, click Start to burn.
